This charge is applied when color and lightener usage exceeds standard service allotment grams. This is necessary for longer denser hair, corrective color to ensure optimal lift or a color transformation. Applied when it becomes out of the range of the normal amount of lightener or color and exceeds the standard amount used during the service being performed.
